1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Seb's Driving School website and the booking of driving lessons. By booking a lesson or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

"We", "us" and "our" refer to Seb's Driving School, operated by Sebastian. "You" refers to the pupil or person booking a lesson.

2. Services

We provide manual driving instruction for learner drivers. Each lesson is 2 hours long and is conducted in our dual-control vehicle. Lessons are available on the dates and times shown in our online booking system, subject to availability.

3. Booking a Lesson

• Lessons are booked through our online booking system at sebsdrivingschool.com/book.
• When you book, you must provide your real name, email address and phone number.
• A booking is confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation with your lesson details.
• You must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence before your first lesson.

5. Lesson Times & Scheduling

We aim to keep all lessons running at their scheduled times. However, in some situations, small adjustments may occasionally be necessary. This can happen due to traffic conditions, driving test timings, vehicle issues, earlier lessons running slightly over, or other unforeseen circumstances during the day.

By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that:

• Lesson times may occasionally need minor adjustments.
• Your instructor may reschedule a lesson where reasonably necessary.
• If any change is required, you will be informed as soon as possible.

We kindly ask pupils to allow reasonable flexibility around lesson start times where possible, particularly on busy days or when driving tests are scheduled.

6. Payment

• The lesson fee is payable at the time of the lesson, unless agreed otherwise.
• We accept cash, bank transfer and card payment (in person).
• No payment is taken through the website at the time of booking.

7. Your Responsibilities

• You must bring your valid UK provisional driving licence to every lesson.
• You must be fit to drive — not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that impairs your ability.
• You must be at the agreed pick-up location at the agreed time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contact, the lesson may be treated as a no-show.
• You must wear appropriate footwear for driving (no flip-flops, high heels, etc.).

8. Our Responsibilities

• We will provide professional, patient instruction in a safe, roadworthy, insured, dual-control vehicle.
• We will arrive on time. If we need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer a replacement lesson at no extra charge.
• Our instructor holds a valid DVSA Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) badge.

9. Lesson Conduct & Safety

The instructor's decision on safety matters is final. If, in the instructor's reasonable judgement, you are unfit to drive (e.g. due to illness, intoxication, or extreme fatigue), the lesson may be ended early and the full fee will still apply.

10. Liability

• Our vehicle is fully insured for driving instruction purposes.
• We are not liable for any failure to pass a driving test.
• We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
• Our total liability in connection with the services shall not exceed the cost of one lesson.

11. Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. The personal data you provide when booking is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

12. Website Use

• The content on this website is provided for general information and booking purposes only.
• We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate, but do not guarantee it is error-free.
• You must not misuse the booking system (e.g. making fake bookings).

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the website or booking of lessons after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
